摘要
合成了新型非离子表面活性剂聚氧乙烯木糖醇酯，并用ＩＲ、ＮＭＲ对其进行了表征。制剂试验表明，所合成产物为良好的强力乳化剂；生理、药理试验表明，其无毒、无副作用，可用做医药、食品、化妆品的添加剂。
The synthesis of the noionic surfactant of Xylitol ester was studied and its characteristics with IR and NMR was analyzed.Pharmaceutical test verified that this surfactant is a good additive in medicine,food and cosmetics.
