摘要
研究假肥大型肌营养不良(DMD)病人肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)及其亚型的变化,为早期诊断和判定病情提供依据。方法采用不连续缓冲体系电泳法将肌酸激酶分离成同工酶及亚型,荧光扫描。结果DMD病人不同年龄组间CK-MB同工酶有显著性差异(P<0.05),病程早期CK-MB同工酶与参考值间有显著性差异(P<0.05),病程晚期,CK-MB同工酶与参考值间却无显著性差异,但CK-MB亚型值不同年龄组均与参考值间有显著性差异(PM0.05)。结论DMD病人病情的变化与肌酸激酶及CK-MB同工酶不呈正相关,CK-MB亚型的变化与DMD病人的病情呈正相关。CK-MB亚型可作为DMD病人诊断和判定病情的重要指标。
To study the changes of creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)and its isoforms in patient with DMD for the purpose of early diagnosis and evaluation, a discontinuous buffer system was used. CK-MB isoforms was separated byelectrophoresis, under constant current and low voltage,fluorescence scanning. A statistically significant changes ofCK-MB in younger age group of subjects when compared with control group (P<0.05),and also the statisticallysignificant among these three age groups of the subject (P<0. 05),but there is no statistically significant in the later stage of the subject (P> 0. 05 ). However,a statistically significant changes of CK-MB isoforms in all the subjectwas found when compared with control group (P<O. 05). The creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB)can not reflectthe real condition of patient with DMD, but CK-MB isoforms can. The study of CK-MB isoforms provides usefulinformation in early diagnosis and evaluation for DMD patient.
