摘要
整理分析教育部门户网站上网友对国家学前教育中长期规划纲要的5708条建言,可以发现,民众的建言涉及我国学前教育事业发展的各个方面,其中最受关注的是学前教育教师待遇问题、财政投入问题、管理体制问题、学前教育内容问题、学前教育性质问题。民众在提出这些问题的同时,还就如何解决问题提出了自己的意见和建议,如强烈要求提高幼儿园教师的地位与待遇,加大政府对学前教育的财政投入,规范幼儿园的办园体制、管理体制及教育内容,有条件地把学前教育纳入义务教育,提高学前教育的普及率目标等。
This article summarized and analyzed 5708 pieces of suggestions gathered by the websites of the Ministry of Education on medium and long term program on education. It＇s found that people paid most attention on the development of preschool education from both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives. We tried to analyze the contents, points, hided reasons and requirements of these suggestions and then made our ideas clear.
