摘要
通过抽样调查,分析了研究生职业生涯教育问题,指出现有职业指导和就业服务已无法满足研究生求职发展需要,开展行之有效的职业生涯辅导迫在眉睫。文章提出高校应从市场需求和研究生实际情况出发,开展个性化的测评与咨询,利用网络信息平台,引入多元社会资源,建设专业化师资队伍,系统地开展研究生职业生涯辅导等措施,以缓解研究生就业矛盾,促进研究生就业力提升。
By analyzing post-graduates′ career education based on sampling,it is pointed that the existing vocational guidance and employment services can′ t meet the development needs of post-graduate job-hunters.Nowadays effective career guidance training should be carried out urgently.Considering the factors of market requirements and practical situation of graduates,colleges and universities should utilize the platform of network information,bring in resources from the diverse society,build up the professional teacher ship to develop the postgraduates′ career training systematically,thus relieving employment situation to promote their employability.
