摘要
本文介绍并纱机的构成、工艺特点和控制要求。着重描述了台达VFD—B交频器的特点和外部电路以及基于台达变频器设计的并纱机电气控制系统。该系统投产以来，应用实践表明其运行稳定，具有工艺调节灵活，成纱质量好等特点。
This paper introduces the composition and technological features as well as the control requirements of the doublewire machine with the focus on the description of the characteristics and the external circuits of Delta VFD-B frequency converter and the electrical control system of the doubler winder which is designed based on the said frequency converter as well. Since the system has put into production, the applied practice proves that the system is characterized with stable operation, flexible technology adjustments and good quality of resultant yarn, and so on.
