摘要
【目的]探讨滑动直丝弓矫治技术（MBT技术）治疗成人重度深覆[牙合]深覆盖错牙争患者临床疗效。[方法】对MBT技术治疗2003年1月至2006年2月在本院就诊的25例成人重度深覆[牙合]深覆盖病例的矫治结果进行回顾性分析。【结果】25例患者经过MBT矫治技术治疗后牙列排列整齐，前牙覆[牙合]覆盖正常，软组织侧貌改善明显。【结论]MBT技术治疗成人重度深覆袷深覆盖错[牙合]患者效果满意，值得推广。
[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of MBT technique for the treatment of deep overjet and overbite malocclusion in adult patients. [Methods]Totally 25 adult patients with severe deep overbite and deep overjet undergoing MBT from January 2003 to February 2006 in our hospital were analyzed relrospectively . [Results] After treatment with MBT technique, aligned dentition and normal overjet and overbite were achieved. Soft tissue profile improved significantly. [Conclusion]For those severe protrusion adult patients, MBT treatment can obtain satisfactory results by careful anchorage design and proper clinical operation.
