摘要
目的:研究滑动法前牙内收阶段不锈钢方丝摩擦力的变化。方法:选择GAC、3M、TP、TOMY4种0.019英寸×0.025英寸不锈钢方丝。使用不同时间后的方丝取自恒牙早期拔牙矫治的前牙内收阶段,截取其两侧尖牙远中区域作为检测样本。选择静摩擦系数作为评价方丝摩擦力的指标,使用摩擦力检测仪检测。结果:前牙内收阶段4种不锈钢方丝使用4周、8周、12周、16周及20周期间,静摩擦系数均有所增大,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:前牙内收阶段4种不锈钢方丝使用20周期间,摩擦力变化无显著性意义,对支抗控制及牙齿移动效率无明显影响。
Objective: To investigate the changes in surface frictional forces of various rectangular SS arch wires used in the anteriorteeth-retraction period by sliding mechanics. Method: Four types of 0.019×0.025-in rectangular SS arch wires used in the comprehensive treatment with four first premolars extracted were selected .The posterior portion of each wire was segmented . Changes in static frictional coefficients were tested by friction test, Result: Our findings showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the unused wires and the ones exposed to oral conditions for 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 weeks in static frictional coefficient (P〉0,05).Conclusion: During the anteriorteeth-retraction, the surface frictional forces of these 0.019×0.025-in rectangular SS arch wires selected weren't affected significantly by many oral environmental factors , It indicated that all these SS arch wires could guide the tooth movement well by sliding mechanics and could not oppose the free sliding action of teeth when they were exposed to oral conditions for 20 weeks.
