摘要
以油茶果壳为原料,60%的磷酸溶液为活化剂制备了油茶果壳活性炭,探讨了料液比、活化温度与时间对油茶果壳活性炭吸附苯酚性能的影响。结果表明,在活化温度为600℃,活化时间为90 min,料液比(g∶g)为1∶3时,制备的油茶果壳活性炭对苯酚的吸附效果最好。油茶果壳活性炭对苯酚吸附的最佳条件为:在30℃,0.1 g油茶果壳活性炭对100 mL的500 mg/L苯酚吸附5 h后,吸附量达到了218.0 mg/g。
Activated carbons were prepared from oiltea shell with 60% phosphoric acid as activating reagent.The factors affecting the adsorption properties of activated carbon of oiltea shell on phenol were studied,including the ratio of sample to liquid,activation temperatures and activation time.The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions of activated carbon of oiltea shell was:the ratio of sample to liquid was 1 ∶3,activation temperature was 600 ℃,activation time was 90 min.The optimal adsorption temperature was 30 ℃.When the dosage of activated carbon was 0.1 g,the adsorption time was 5 h,the concentration of phenol was 500 mg/L,the volume of phenol was 100 mL,the adsorption of activated carbon of oiltea shell on phenol was 218.0 mg/g.
