摘要
棉叶片组织中存在含量较高的棉酚、多糖等次生代谢物质,使用单纯的Trizol很难获得高质量的RNA。首次采用改良Trizol法成功从棉叶片中快速的提取了总RNA,其所提的总RNA完整性好、纯度高,能进一步满足分子生物学的试验要求。
The leaves of the cotton contain polyphenol, polysaccharided and other secondary metabolites in great quantity that making RNA diffcult to extract. The RNA samples of the cotton leaves were isolated by improved Trizol method, and the purity and quantity of each RNA obtained was evaluated by agarose gel electrophoresis. The total RNA of the color cotton leaves extracted by this method showed clear bands,which means the quality and purity of the RNA could meet the demands of molecular biology experiment.
