摘要
企业是市场经济的微观主体,合作是实现共赢的必要手段。利益分配机制是企业合作的核心内容。该文认为,除了体制、观念和政策上的约束,没有建立起科学合理的利益分配机制是新疆石玛经济圈企业合作困难的重要原因。在借鉴现有研究的基础上,该文构建了新疆石玛经济圈企业合作的利益分配模型,并依据不同的合作模式提出了利益分配方式的构想。
Enterprises are the micro-main bodies of market economy and cooperation is a necessary means to achieve win-win situation.Benefit distribution mechanism is the core of business cooperation.This paper argues that lack of a scientific and reasonable benefit distribution mechanism is an important reason for business cooperation difficulties in Shi-Ma Economic Circle besides institutional,idea and policy constraints.Based on existing research,this paper constructs a benefit distribution model of business cooperation,and puts forward the idea of interest distribution method according to different modes of cooperation.
