摘要
合作者事前应选择合作研发模式和收益分配机制。以RJV和CLA为例,从理论上说明如何选择合作研发模式;在RJV合作模式下,建模确定各方收益分配系数和努力水平,再对均衡结果进行分析;提出我国煤炭产业链纵向合作研发的建议。
Cooperative R＆D can resolve these problems such as inadequate fund, knowledge spillover and repetitive investments which dependent R＆D can meet with. Cooperators should in advance choose collaborative pattern as well as returns allocation mechanism. This article takes RJV and CLA as example, theoretically showing how to choose cooperative R＆D pattern. Then on the basis of RJV, establishes model to decide the equilibrium outcomes of returns allocation coefficients and effort levels of every participant, further analyzes the equilibrium outcomes. The article suggests coal-electricity chain conduct vertically cooperative R＆D, Finally sums up full text.
