摘要
人大对政府执行政策的行为实施监督是其一项十分重要的职能。但现阶段我国人大对公共政策执行活动的监督方面存在诸多问题,而不能有效发挥其监督功效。因此,可以从强化人大代表的监督意识,理顺关系、强化人大监督功能,加强人大自身建设,完善人大监督的法制建设以及健全责任追究制度等方面予以完善。
The supervision of People＇s Congress on the acts of the implementation of government policies is a very important function,but at present,the supervision of People＇s Congress in the implementation of public policies still exist some shortcomings,which could not bring its functions into full play effectively.Therefore,the measures should be taken to strengthen the supervisory awareness of the representatives to People＇s Congress,to reinforce its supervisory function and its self-construction of People＇s Congress and to improve its legal system construction and the accountability system of the People＇s Congress.
