介绍既有建筑供热计量及节能改造涉及的内容,阐明阻碍既有建筑供热节能改造的原因,提出既有建筑供热节能改造需政府政策支持、相关技术支持,呼吁提高全民节能意识,全民动员实现供热节能.
The contents of heat metering and reconstruction for energy conservation of established buildings were introduced.The reasons that hinder reconstructions for heating energy conservation of established buildings were elucidated.It was proposed that the reconstructions for heating energy conservation of established buildings needed the supports of government policies and the like.At the same time,it was appealed to raise civil consciousness of energy conservation.All people should be aroused to realize the heating energy conservation.
