摘要
建立测定樱桃酒中总糖含量的方法。采用苯酚-硫酸法,分别考察该方法的测定波长、精密度、准确度及稳定性。结果表明,测定波长为490nm,样品樱桃酒中总糖含量平均为56.8g/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.54%,平均回收率为99.1%。该方法为樱桃果酒中总糖的测定提供了一种快速简便的技术。
The assay of determination of total sugar content in cherry wine was built.By phenol-sulfuric method,determination wavelength,precision,accuracy and stability were discussed.The results showed that the measure wavelength was 490 nm,the total sugar content of cherry wine was an average of 56.8 g/L,RSD was 0.54 % and the average recovery was 99.1 %.This method provided a quick and convenient technique for the determination of total sugar content in cherry wine.
