摘要
采用水提醇沉,纤维素柱层析纯化制备松乳菇多糖,建立测定松乳菇多糖含量的方法.本文采用苯酚-硫酸法,分别考察该方法的测定波长、精密度、准确度及稳定性.结果表明,测定波长为490nm,样品松乳菇中多糖含量平均为56.0μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.47%,平均回收率为99.1%.苯酚硫酸法检测为松乳菇多糖的测定提供了一种快速简便可靠的方法.
The assay of determination of total sugar content in Lactarius deliciosus (L. ex Fr. ) Gray was built. By phenol-sulfuric method, determination wavelength, precision, accuracy and stability were discussed. The results showed that the measure wavelength was 490 nm, the total sugar content of Lactarius deliciosus ( L. ex Fr. ) Gray was an average of 56.0μg/mL, RSD was 0.47% and the average recovery was 99.1%. This method provided a quick and convenient technique for the determination of total sugar content in Lactarius deliciosus (L. ex Fr. ) Gray.
