摘要
黑启动电源选择问题是系统大事故后恢复的首要问题。针对该问题,文章通过建立数学模型对各黑启动电源方案进行黑启动运行模拟,计算得出大事故停电损失值的所需的停电持续时间等数据,最后将计算得到的大事故的停电损失值和方案的成本作综合比较,判断各黑启动电源方案的可行性和优劣性。仿真算例说明了该方法的系统性和有效性。
Initial generator selection is the first task in black start of power system.The article proposes a method for determining the number,capability and location of the generating units in the black start of power system according to technical performance index of black start and the characteristics of the generators.In the proposed method,a mathematical model is presented to simulate the process characteristics of black start of power system on the basis of calculating outage loss and outage time,comparing outage losses and the costs of the start solution and judgment of feasibility and superiority of the proposed solutions.Simulation case verifies that the proposed method is systemic and effective.
