摘要
百草枯是农业生产中广泛使用的一种除草剂,有较强的毒性,主要通过一系列的氧化还原反应产生多种自由基造成对机体严重的损害,尤其是肺脏的损害最重。目前的研究认为百草枯直接或间接损伤DNA,细胞凋亡也是其损伤机制的重要组成部分。
Paraquat is a herbicide with strong toxicity,and widely used in the agricultural production in our country.Paraquat may produce severe damage to human body through the free-radicals via a series of oxidation-reduction reactions,especially the lung.Current studies suggested that paraquat could also induce DNA damage and apoptosis by direct or indirect way,which might be an important component of its pathogenesis.
