摘要
农业科技成果推广率体现了农业科研对农业生产力的促进程度,要提高我国的农业科技成果应用率,应将与农业科技成果推广有关的成果生产者、推广者、使用者放在由农业科教系统、农业经济系统、农业生态系统构成的农业系统中,以系统的观点和方法考察其运行状态、功能发挥及目的实现情况,找出制约成果推广率提高的限制性因子,并具有针对性地提出改进措施。
Extension ratio of agricultural science and technology achievements exhibit the degree of agricultural research promoting agricultural productivity.If we want improve the application ratio of agricultural science and technology achievements,we should compose producer,spreader and users of agricultural science and technology achievements into agricultural systems,which was formed of agricultural science and education system,agricultural economic system,agro-ecosystem.Studied running state and functioning and purpose of achieving of many subsystems using systematic viewpoint,limiting factors were found out and improving measures put forward in the paper.
