摘要
我国政府在农业技术推广中扮演着重要角色,发挥着主导作用。我国农业技术推广中还存在着农业技术推广模式创新不足、资金不足、基础设施不全、人员队伍建设滞后、农民缺乏接纳农业新技术的能力等问题,政府应采取创新农业技术推广主体模式和服务模式、创新农业技术、加强农业技术人员队伍建设、强化农业技术推广公益性服务体系、拓宽农业技术推广资金投入渠道、提高农民的科技文化素质等措施,进一步推动我国农业技术推广工作。
The Chinese government plays an important role and a leading function in the agricultural technology promotion. Agricultural technology extension in China still exists deficiencies, such as lack of innovation, fund shortage, incomplete infrastructure, the out - dated construction of team, lack of the ability to accept new agricultural technologies to farmers. The government may take the following measures to further promote the agricultural technology popularization in China： in- novating subject mode and service mode of agricultural technology extension, innovating agricultural technology, strengthe- ning the construction of agricultural technology personnel, strengthening the agricultural technology extension service sys- tem. expanding the agricultural technology promotion funds, and improving farmers＇ scientific and cultural quality.
