摘要
当前,医学生的医学人文素质下降较严重,可能对以后从事医疗工作产生不利影响,从社会心理效应、医学人文教育等角度思考其形成因素,认为应当从理论探索研究、师资建设、课程改革及其他方面等多途径提升医学生的人文素质。
Sociological theory believes that socialization is a long - term and complicated process, and many various aspects are involved in its successful implementation. The human socialization process is also a gradual process of its own ideology completion. The medical student＇ humanistic quality will be subjected to the influences of the society, family, school and so on. The paper thinks about the influencing factors of medical students＇ humanistic quality,and holds that medical students＇ humanistic quality will be influenced, and should be promoted by many different ways.
