摘要
随着中国医疗卫生事业的不断发展,护理管理的伦理道德性正越来越受到关注。传统护理管理理论深受古典经济学的影响,把伦理、道德等激励因素从管理活动中排除,使我们的护理管理实践在人力资源管理、护理经济管理、护理质量管理、管理模式上存在某些伦理缺陷,使护理管理不时陷入伦理困境。管理与伦理的有机统一,追求管理的伦理化有助于走出现代护理管理困境。
With China' s continuous development in healthcare industry, the ethical features of nursing management are also drawing more and more attention, no longer a purely technical concept of management. Affected by classical economics,the traditional nursing management, the traditional nurisng management theory is exclusive from incentives of morality and ethics, leading to ethical defects in human resource management, economics management,nursing quality management,and management models. This paper proposes an appropriate combination of nurisng management and ethical principles contributes to solving the curernt Dilemma in modern nursing management.
