系统性红斑狼疮的生物治疗进展
摘要
系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus elythematosus,SLE）是一种病因尚不明确,以B细胞活化增殖、T细胞功能缺陷、血清中出现多种自身抗体及多器官系统受累为特征的慢性自身免疫性疾病.
