摘要
目的探讨外科监护病房护理效率的管理途径。方法对长沙市区十家医院外科监护病房240名护士的护理项目12大类共105项进行问卷调查。结果外科监护病房护士的日人均有效护理工作时间过长,护士超负荷工作,而且承担了大量间接护理工作,尤其是护理文书书写、输液前准备工作等,使得护理人员的利用效率受影响。结论为了提高外科监护病房护理效率,以患者为中心的整体护理理念,减少护理人员间接护理的工作负担,转变目前分工不明、职责不清的状态。
Objective To explore management approach to improve the surgical intensive care unit （ICU） nursing efficiency. Methods 240 surgical ICU nurses of 10 hospitals in Changsha urban area were in- vestigated including 105 survey items of the 12 nursing categories. Results Effective nursing time per capita of the surgical ICU nurses was too long, which made, nurses overloaded with work. They also did many indirect care work, especially writing instruments, nursing, infusion preparation work, affecting efficient use of nursing staff. Conclusion In order to improve the efficiency of surgical ICU care, we should insist on patient-centered philosophy of holistic nursing care to reduce the workload of indirect care, change the current division that labor is unknown and unclear.
