摘要
目的探讨超声技术对糖尿病性心肌病(DCM)的应用价值。方法应用超声技术对42例Ⅱ型DCM患者利用超声心动图进行常规心脏各切面探查并测量心脏异常表现各项指标,检测其左室结构,左室收缩功能及左室舒张功能。结果DCM患者表现为左房、左室轻度扩大,心肌回声异常且增厚,左室收缩功能和舒张功能均降低,且舒张功能降低更明显。结论超声技术是DCM的主要诊断手段:①UCG对糖尿病所致心肌病变在UCG回声异常表现的探查极为敏感;②UCG诊断DCM直观、简便而可靠,作为无创诊断DCM的方法具有重大优势和潜力。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of echocardiography in diabetic cardiomyopathy （DCM）. Methods The structure, the systolic and diastolic function of left ventricle were determined using echocardiography in 42 patients with DCM. Results The dimension of left atrium and ventricle were slightly increased. Myocardium were thickened abnormally on echocardiograms. The diastolic function was decreased more obvious than systolic function of the left ventricle. Conclusion Echocardiography is an useful diagnostic method for DCM：UCG is visual,convenient and reliable for DCM diagnosis, and it has great advantage and potential in non-invasion diagnosis of DCM.
