摘要
采用浸叶法测定了苏州地区斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫的室内毒力效果。结果表明:斜纹夜蛾对毒死蜱的抗药性水平上升较慢,最高仅为5.57倍;辛硫磷次之,抗性水平为2.57~20.74倍;而乙酰甲胺磷的抗性倍数最高达到109.46倍,不宜继续使用。3种农药的毒力大小依次为:毒死蜱>辛硫磷>乙酰甲胺磷。
In order to understand the different resistance level of Prodenia litura living in different regions to the 3 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides used in common,toxicity tests to the 3rd instar larvae of Prodenia litura were carried out in laboratory using leaf dipping method.The result showed that resistance level to Chlorpyrifos increased slowly,the highest level only achieves 5.57 times of the original. Phoxim takes the second place.Its resistance level achieves 2.57-20.74 times.While the highest resistance multiple to Acephate can achieve 109.46 times.The toxicity of these 3 kinds pesticides from high to low was Chlorpyrifos,Phoxim,Acephate.
