摘要
采用浸叶法测定了溴氰虫酰胺、呋虫胺、氟啶虫胺腈、噻虫啉4种新型杀虫剂对西花蓟马2龄若虫的室内毒力,为西花蓟马的防控提供理论依据。结果表明:药剂处理24 h后,10%溴氰虫酰胺OD、20%呋虫胺SG、50%氟啶虫胺腈WG和48%噻虫啉SC对西花蓟马2龄若虫的LC50值分别为5.972、6.644、10.468和27.848 mg/L;药剂处理72 h后,10%溴氰虫酰胺OD、20%呋虫胺SG、50%氟啶虫胺腈WG和48%噻虫啉SC对西花蓟马2龄若虫的LC50值分别为3.522、5.851、9.226和25.726 mg/L,溴氰虫酰胺的毒力较高。
To provide references for prevention and control of western flower thrips,toxicity of four new insecticides,i. e. cyantraniliprole,dinotefuran,sulfoxaflor and thiacloprid,against the 2ndinstar Frankliniella occidentalis were determined by leaf-dipping method in the laboratory. The results showed that LC50 value of10% cyantraniliprole OD,20% dinotefuran SG,50% sulfoxaflor WG and 48% thiacloprid SC to the 2ndinstar nymph after 48 h treatment were 5. 972 mg / L,6. 644 mg / L,10. 468 mg / L and 27. 848 mg / L,respectively.After 72 h,the LC50 value decreased to 3. 522 mg / L,5. 851 mg / L,9. 226 mg / L and 25. 726 mg / L,respectively. Therefore,the toxic effect of 10% cyantraniliprole OD against the 2ndinstar nymph of western flower thrips was the best.
