摘要 目的运用项目管理方法的系统观和理论,创新和改进日常护理管理工作,提高管理工作效率。方法确定影响用药安全的相关因素,以临床安全用药为项目运作特定目标,按照美国项目管理协会PMBOK项目实施的五个阶段对该项目按项目管理的方法进行运作。结果该项目的实施降低了护理差错发生率,提高了病人对护理工作的满意度。结论将项目管理方法引进到护理质量管理工作中,为护理质量管理者提供了一种新的运作模式,值得参考借鉴。
