摘要重症患者监护病房（intensive unit care,ICU）的护理费用占据整个医疗费用的较大比例,因此如何提高ICU护理质量是当今护理研究的热点之一。综述了有关现代ICU护理质量的一些理论观点.总结和分析了ICU护理质量的相关评价指标及管理策略,旨在促进护理专业人员对ICU护理质量和管理的认识,提高整体护理水平。
