摘要
目的了解大学生自杀倾向现状以及与D型人格的关系,为预防大学生自杀提供参考。方法采取多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法 ,抽取广东省8所高校一至四年级学生1377名进行问卷调查,问卷为自编大学生自杀倾向问卷和D型人格量表(DS14)中文版。结果大学生自杀倾向报告率为4.8%,大学生D型人格者达30.1%。D型人格的个体中有自杀倾向者占15.15%,非D型人格的个体中有自杀倾向者占1.72%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=92.97,P<0.01)。结论大学生D型人格增加了自杀倾向的可能性。有必要对D型人格的大学生进行心理干预,预防自杀倾向的发生。
Objective To understand current situation of suicidal tendencies and its relationship with the type D personality for college students and to provide a reference for the prevention of suicide.Methods A multi-stage stratified method was used to randomly select 8 colleges and universities in Guangdong Province.1 377 students of 1-4 grades were investigated with Students Suicidal Tendencies Questionnaire and Type D Personality Scale （DS14） Chinese Version.Results The incidence of suicidal tendency among students was 4.8%,type D personality students reached 30.1%.Individuals with suicidal tendencies among type D personality was 15.15%,among non-D personality was 1.72%,with statistically significant difference between them（χ2=92.97,P0.01）.Conclusion Type D personality increases possibilities of suicidal tendency among college students.It is necessary to do psychological intervention on type D personality of college students in order to prevent the occurrence of suicidal tendencies.
