摘要
为探讨血清层粘连蛋白对良恶性肿瘤的诊断价值，我们检测了各类肝病及肿瘤患者的血清层粘连蛋白，其结果肿瘤患者较肝病患者高，肝病患者较健康者高，有显著差异（Ｐ＜００１）我们认为：检测血清层粘连蛋白对良恶性肿瘤的诊断和治疗具有重要价值。
To study the diagnosis value of laminin protein for the patients with benign or melignant neoplasm.The laminin protein of all willing men (including patients with carcinoma) in Jiang Hang oil Field had been examed by us.The result was that the difference between the patients with carcinoma and the patients with hepatocellular disease or the healthy men ( P <0 01).We consider that there is important value to check the serum laminin protein for the diagnosis and therapy of henign or malignant neoplasm.
