摘要
在对二次离子质谱的谱图的进行研究的基础上,提出了利用计算机进行二次离子质谱分析的数据处理方法,并已实现了其中的大部分内容.利用该方法处理复杂有机物的质谱图,可以自动输出不同有机物系列的质谱图,且易于分析,不受无机物和仪器噪音的干扰,还可以提取一系列的定量参数,节省质谱解析的时间,从而更好地分析有机混合物的组成及结构特征.
The data processing method of mass spectrum of secondary ion mass spectrum (SIMS) is studied in detail. A computerized data processing model is proposed,and most of its functions are realized. With this model,the SIMS spectrum of complex organic matter can be easily processed,and the mass spectra of different organic fragment series can be output automatically. The new spectrum is easy to analyze and can avoid the interference of inorganic matter and instrument noise. Further more,a set of quantitative parameters can be calculated. So it can save the time of the spectrum analysis. As a result, the composition and structures of complex organic mixtures can be studied in detail.
