摘要
为研究碾压式沥青混凝土心墙砂砾石坝上游护坡面板的表明平整性和均匀性差问题,以酒泉市洪水河水库工程碾压式沥青混凝土心墙坝面板坝施工为依托,采用无轨滑模施工技术进行面板混凝土施工,提出了简化模板设计结构及重量,节省轨道安装施工时间,通过滑模设计计算复核,合理有效的混凝土输送方案、无强度脱模工艺及紧密有序的施工组织管理,有效提高了施工效率与混凝土质量,确保了防洪度汛目标要求。结果表明:通过此技术,成功缩短了施工工期,提高了施工的平整度与均匀性,并实现了安全无事故施工,为中大型水利水电工程面板施工提供了可行的技术支持和实践经验。
To address the problems of poor surface flatness and uniformity of the upstream slope protection face slab of roller-compacted asphalt concrete core gravel dams,this study takes the construction of the face slab of the roller-compacted asphalt concrete core dam in the Hongshuihe Reservoir Project of Jiuquan City as the research basis,and adopts the trackless slip-form construction technology for face slab concrete construction.It proposes to simplify the structural design and reduce the weight of the formwork,save the time for track installation and construction.Through the design calculation and review of the slip-form,reasonable and effective concrete conveying scheme,strength-free form-stripping technology,and tight and orderly construction organization and management,the construction efficiency and concrete quality are effectively improved,and the requirements of flood control and flood season targets are ensured.The results show that this technology has successfully shortened the construction period,improved the flatness and uniformity of construction,and achieved accident-free construction.It can provide practical experience for the face slab construction of medium and large-scale water conservancy and hydropower projects.
