摘要
随着高职院校的蓬勃兴起,高职院校毕业生逐步成为我国经济建设中高级应用技术性人才的主体,其人才培养水平的高低关乎到我国建设小康社会与和谐社会的历史进程。
With the develpoment of vocational education,graduates from higher vocational colleges gradually become the mainstay of senior applied technicians in China＇s economic construction and the quality these graduates have much to do with the historical development of the construction of comfortable and harmonious society. Therefore,in terms of the lack of humanistic quality among students of higher vocational colleges,we,as educational staff,should take effective measures to practically carry out humanistic quality education and strengthen their humanistic quality.
