摘要
初步分析了某软土地区深基坑工程施工不同阶段对周边环境的影响。通过对地下水位监测、地下连续墙变形监测、土体变形监测及基坑周边房屋沉降监测等数据的综合分析,得到以下结论:(1)深基坑围护结构施工期间三轴搅拌桩施工对周边局部土体产生扰动,影响范围约为10m左右;(2)承压水水位减低和坑内土方开挖对周边较大区域产生明显影响,导致坑外土体滑动及地下连续墙平面外变形,主要影响范围约为基坑开挖深度的2倍左右;(3)充分了解和分析了土体特性对今后类似工程的设计和施工有一定的帮助,特别是对周边有密集分布保护建筑的基坑工程,其支护设计和施工方案必须进行充分论证。
Investigation of the responses of around surrounding to an adjacent deep foundation pit on different construction stage is presented.Based on the comprehensive analysis on the monitoring results of groundwater pressure head,deformation of underground diaphragm wall and soil mass out of the excavation,and settlement and deformation of heritage buildings adjacent to the excavation,some conclusions are obtained:(1)in the enclosure construction stage of the deep foundation pit,the soil within the range that less than 10 m away from the boundary of the excavation were disturbed by the clay mixing machine obviously;(2)pumping water and foundation excavating caused the lateral deformation of underground diaphragm wall and soil mass,meanwhile the scope of affected surroundings around the foundation pit became bigger and bigger;(3)comprehensive understanding and analyzing the soil properties are helpful for the similar case,specially,when there are heritage buildings around the foundation pit,the design of the bracing structure and the construction scheme should be demonstrated further.
