太钢不锈钢冷轧厂房供暖通风设计

摘要 对某不锈钢冷轧薄板厂房的供暖通风系统进行了设计。对于需要供暖的车间,供暖设备选用落地式大型蒸汽暖风机+厂房大门热空气幕,设置合理的通风系统。对于余热量较大的车间,只设置通风系统,冬季利用大量余热通过合理的气流组织为相邻车间提供部分热量,夏季依靠自然通风消除余热。 A heating and ventilation system for the building of a stainless steel cold rolled sheet plant is designed. For workshops needing heating, floor-standing large-type steam unit heaters plus hot air curtain at the building entrance are used as beating device, and a reasonable ventilation system is set. For workshops with large quantity of residual heat, a ventilation system is only set. In winter, abundant residual heat is used for heating other adjacent workshops by rationally distributing the exhaust flow. In summer, the residual heat is eliminated by natural ventilation.
