摘要 除参与胆固醇逆向转运以外,血浆高密度脂蛋白还具有多种重要生理功能。高密度脂蛋白含有的载脂蛋白、磷脂、二乙基对硝基苯磷酸脂酶、血小板激活因子乙酰水解酶、卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶以及其它蛋白成份,不仅具有螯合过渡金属离子、中断脂质氧化链式增殖反应的作用,还具有摄取、贮存、转运、酶解清除脂质氧化产物的作用,因而可对抗脂质氧化修饰和动脉粥样硬化的发生。 Plasma high density lipoprotein (HDL) has a number of functions that may be unrelated to its role in reverse cholesterol transport. Apolipoproteins, phospholipids, paraoxonase (PON ), platelet activating factor-acetylhydrolase (PAF-AH). lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT) and other protein constituents may be responsible for the antioxidant activity of HDL by cheating transition metal ions, breaking the chain of lipid peroxide propagation, taking up, removing and scavenging the lipid oxidation products,thus to inhibit the oxidation of low density lipoprotein(LDL) and protect against atherogenesis.
