冠心病患者血浆氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白水平和高密度脂蛋白抗氧化修饰作用的观察 被引量:3

Observation of level in oxidation modification of LDL and role in antioxidation modification of HDL in plasma of coronary heart disease patients

摘要 观察了42例冠心病患者血浆中氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(O-LDL)水平,与对照组相比有显著差异(83.0±48.1μmol/L比47.4±20.2μmol/L,P<0.01);同时发现O-LDL与高密度脂蛋白亚类Ⅱ(HDL2)呈负相关(r=-0.33,P<0.05);在评估对冠心病的阳性频率中,发现O-LDL与总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血浆共扼双烯(CD)比较有较高的阳性频率,特别是当计算O-LDL/LDL-C比率时,其阳性频率更高.提示,O-LDL在冠心病发病机理中可能发挥重要作用,而且比其它致动脉硬化原更有意义.由于发现HDL2具有抗O-LDL作用,所以更加说明提高机体内HDL水平是相当重要的. The paper observed the level of the plasma oxidative modification of low density lipoprotein (O-LDL) in 42 subjects with coronary heart disease and compared it with that of 45healthy control group (83. 0±48. 1 μmol/L vs 47. 4±20;2 μmol/L,P<0. 01)showing a significant difference between them, The study also showed a negative correlation between O-LDL and high density lipoprotein subclass Ⅱ(r=-0.33,P <0.05). In evaluation of the frequency percentage to coronary heart disease,the study found the frequency percentage of O-LDL was higher than that of TC, LDL-C, CD,especially that of the O-LDL/LDL-C ratio, which was the highest.The results suggest,O-LDL plays a more importanct role in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease than other atherogenic substances,Because of the antioxidative activity of high density lipoprotein subclass,it is more importanct to raise high density lipoprotein level of the body.
