T_1期非小细胞肺癌中14-3-3ζ与上皮型钙黏素的表达及临床意义

Expressions of 14-3-3ζ and E-cadherin proteins in stage T_1 non-small cell lung cancer and the clinical significance

摘要 目的观察14-3-3ζ和上皮型钙黏素(E-cadherin)在T1期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达,探讨两者与NSCLC发展、侵袭和转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学和免疫印迹法(Western blotting)检测110例NSCLC及正常肺组织中14-3-3ζ和E-cadherin蛋白的表达。结果与正常肺组织相比,14-3-3ζ在NSCLC中的表达显著增强,且表达与肺癌的分化程度和淋巴结转移显著相关,并与患者的性别、年龄和病理学分型无关。与正常肺组织相比,E-cadherin在NSCLC中的表达减弱,且其表达也与肺癌的分化程度和淋巴结转移明显相关,而与性别、年龄和肺癌病理学分型无关。结论 14-3-3ζ高表达可能促进了NSCLC的发展与转移,14-3-3ζ和E-cadherin与T1期NSCLC发展、侵袭和转移密切相关。 Objective To observe the expressions of 14-3-3ζ and E-cadherin in stage TI non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) in order to investigate the relatinship between expressions of these two kinds of proteins and development and invasion of lung cancer. Methods Specimens of NSCLC and adjacent normal lung tissues were collected from 110 patients. Expressions of 14-3-3ζ and E-cadherin were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. Results Up-regulation of 14-3-3ζ was observed in stage in NSCLC tissue. The increased 14-3-3ζ protein levels were associated with differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis and it was no relationship with age, gender and histological type. Decreased expression of E-cadherin was observed in NSCLC tissue. The expression was related to differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis and it was no relationship with age, gender and histological type. Conclusion The increased expression of 14-3-3ζ contributes to NSCLC development and progression. 14-3-3ζ and E-cadherin play an important role in tumorigenesis.
