摘要
目的:探讨经皮盘内注射臭氧联合补肾壮腰汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的价值。方法:40例腰椎间盘突出症病人经皮盘内注射浓度为35～50μg/ml的臭氧20～40ml,术后予患者口服验方补肾壮腰汤,通过视觉模拟评分、汉化Oswestry功能障碍评分、改良的Macnab方法对其治疗效果进行评价。结果:术后6个月根据改良的Macnab方法评价,其中优26例(65%),良10例(25%),可4例(10%),差0例。总有效率达到100%,优良率为90%。动态观察Oswestry功能障碍评分,随着时间的延长,患者功能逐渐恢复。术前、后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:臭氧是一种新的治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手段,它有着安全、创伤小、有效率高、费用低、患者恢复快等优点,联合合理的验方,可进一步提高疗效,值得推广。
Objective：To assess the therapeutic effect of medical ozone combined with Bushen Zhuangyao Decoction（BZD）on lumbar disc herniation（LDH）.Methods：Forty patients were treated with medical ozone and BZD.VAS and Oswestry disability scale were performed to assess the therapeutic effect.Results：Six months after operation,excellent effect was observed in 26 cases,good effect in 10 cases,and fair in 4cases,with the total effective rate 100% and excellent rate 90%.Conclusion：The medical ozone is a novel therapy for LDH,with the advantages of safety,mini-invasion,few side effect and injury,high effective rate,lower expenses,etc.
