摘要
采用传统固相烧结法制备了Mn掺杂Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3陶瓷,系统研究了Mn掺杂对Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3陶瓷的结构和介电、热释电性能的影响。XRD结果显示,所有样品呈现完整的钙钛矿相。室温下100kHZ测得的介电性能结果表明,相对介电常数随掺杂量的增加逐渐减小,损耗先减小后增大。在Mn掺杂量为0.3wt%,1310℃烧结1小时制备的样品微观结构和介电性能、热释电综合性能较好,其在100kHZ下,相对介电常数和损耗分别为1199,0.0058;在居里温度附近,热释电系数达到5982μC.cm-2.K-1,相应的材料优值为8.10×10-1m-3.k-1.C,探测率优值为2.51×10-4m3/2.J-1.F-1/2。
Ba 0.8 Sr 0.2 TiO3 ceramic samples were successfully prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction method.The X-ray diffractometry(XRD)results indicate that all the samples are perfect perovskite.The relative dielectric constant decreases with increasing the MnO2 content and the dielectric loss decreases firstly and then increases.0.3 wt% MnO2 doped BST ceramics sintered at 1310℃ for 1h have good dielectric properties with low relative dielectric constant(εr=1191),low dielectric loss(tanδ=0.0058)at 100 kHz.The pyroelectric coefficient,mean detection rate and the figure of merit(FOM)value are 5982μc·cm^-2 ·K^-1,2.51×10^-4 m ^3/2 ·J^-1 ·F-1/2 and 8.10×10^-1 m^-3 ·k^-1 ·c,respectively.
