摘要
采用Pechini法制备了100 nm的Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3纳米粉体,并用凝胶注模成型工艺制备不同Mn含量的BST陶瓷。研究表明,在Mn掺杂量为0.5%(摩尔分数),烧结温度为1 280℃时制备的样品,其热释电性能较好,在居里温度附近,30~40℃时,其平均热释电系数为450μC.m–2.K–1,对应平均探测率优值为5.6μC.m–3.K–1,1kHz频率条件下tanδ低于0.5%,εr为3 500左右(室温20℃,外加偏压200 V/mm)。
The Pechinias was adopted to prepare the nano powder(100 nm) of Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3, and gel-casting process was used to produce dense ceramic BST. In Mn-doped of 0.5%(mole fraction), sintering temperature of 1 280 ℃, the samples has better performance of pyroelectric ceramics; near the Curie temperature, between 30-40 ℃, the mean pyroelectric coefficient of 450 μC - m^-2 · K^-1, the mean detection rate of the corresponding value reaches 5.6 μC · m^-3 · K^-1, and at the frequency of I kHz tan 6 less than 0.5%, εr of about 3 500. (20 ℃, applied voltage 200 V/mm).
