摘要
采用猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)/Marc-145细胞体系验证重组猪α干扰素(rPoIFN-α)制剂的抑制病毒作用。结果表明:rPoIFN-α稀释至10^(10)可有效预防PRRSV感染Marc-145细胞;当rPoIFN-α稀释至10~8可有效抑制病毒在Marc-145细胞上的增殖。研究结果在细胞水平上明确了rPoIFN-α对PRRSV的抑制作用,为进一步将rPoIFN-α应用于动物试验提供了参考。
The inhibiting effect of recombinant porcine α-interferon(rPoIFN-a) on swine pathogenic virus was tested by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)/Marc-145 cell system. The results showed that the rPolFN-α reagent diluted to 10^10 could effectively prevent Marc- 145 cells from being infected with PRRSV,and the rPolFN-α reagent diluted to 108 could effectively inhibit PRRSV multiplication in Marc-145 ceils. The above results provided a valuable reference for further animal experiments of rPolFN-α.
