Transplantation of marrow stromal cell for the treatment of ischemic stroke

摘要 间充质干细胞(Mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)用于治疗大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型(middle cerebral arteryo cclusion,MCAO)能够获得明显的神经功能恢复。本文对MSCs移植途径、类型、数量、时间点以及作用机制进行了综述。 Transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells can significantinly improve the neurological fuction of rates with middle cerebral artery occlusion (MSCs). In this view,we will address the key points of MSCs transplantation, such as type, quantity , time, and mechanisms.
