腹部巨大脂肪肉瘤的CT诊断 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨CT对腹部脂肪肉瘤的CT诊断价值。方法通过回顾性分析经手术病例证实的8例脂肪肉瘤的临床及影像学资料,总结该肿瘤的临床CT特征,及不同病理类型脂肪肉瘤的CT特点。结果脂肪瘤样脂肪肉瘤表现为均匀脂肪密度强化不明显,CT难与良性脂肪瘤区别。黏液型脂肪肉瘤平扫为略高于液体的肿块,杂有云雾状略高密度界限清楚的软组织肿块,有时肿瘤绝大部分为软组织肿块所占据,无法与其他软组织肿瘤区别,增强时软组织肿块强化明显,但内部常有不规则坏死区。结论 CT扫描对腹部巨大脂肪肉瘤的诊断及区别病例类型方面有较大价值。
