UV固化超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的制备与表征 被引量:8

摘要 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、新戊二醇(NPG)、二乙醇胺(DEOA)为原料合成了含扩链剂的端羟基超支化聚氨酯(HPU-OH),并用异氰酸酯和丙烯酸羟乙酯的半加成产物(IPDI-HEA)对其改性制备超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(HPUA)。利用傅里叶红外光谱、核磁共振波谱、热重分析仪和差示扫描量热仪对其结构和热性能进行了表征。红外光谱和核磁共振测试表明HEA成功接入HPU-OH中,得到超支化结构的HPUA;热重分析显示HPU-OH和HPUA均有3个热分解温度段,分解历程相近;差示扫描量热分析表明HPUA玻璃化转变温度(Tg)低于HPU-OH。将HPUA添加到普通的环氧丙烯酸酯中光固化成膜,涂膜测试表明,添加10%的HPUA的光固化树脂,其固化膜铅笔硬度从B提高到2H,摆杆硬度从0.59提高到0.76,附着力从2级提高到0级。 The hyperbranched polyurethane acrylate(HPUA) was synthesized by the reaction of hyperbranched polyurethane endcapped with hydroxyl groups(HPU-OH) using semiadduct isocyanate-hydroxyethyl acrylate(IPDI-HEA).The HPU-OH containing chain extender was prepared based on isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),neopentyl glycol(NPG)and diethanolamine(DEOA). The molecular structure and thermal performance of HPUA and HPU-OH were characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,TG and DSC. FT-IR and NMR show that HEA is successfully grafted into HPUOH and HPUA possesses hyperbranched structure. TG displays that HPU-OH and HPUA both have three thermal decomposition temperature ranges,retain the similar decomposition process. DSC demonstrates that Tgof HPUA is lower than that of HPU-OH. Furthermore,HPUA was blended with common epoxy acrylate and exposed to a UV lamp. The performance tests shows that the coating with 10% addition of HPUA,the pencil hardness increases from B to 2H,the pendulum hardness improves from 0. 59 to 0. 76 and the adhesion grade rises from 2 grade to 0 grade.
