摘要
采用三种超声成像检测方法对钢/铅胶接件试样进行了脱黏缺陷检测能力对比试验。结果表明:三种粘接成像检测方法均能检测出中间(最小直径为3 mm)人工脱黏缺陷;超声透射成像和扫描声学显微镜(SAM)成像方法在检测钢/铅胶接结构中脱黏缺陷图像的细节和清晰度方面具有更强的优势,而阵列超声成像的检测效果较差。
The ability of testing debonding lacuna of steel/plumbum bonding sample was investigated by three kinds of ultrasonic imaging methods. The results showed that the middle artifical debonding lacuna with 3 mm minimal diameter could all be detected by three kinds of testing methods. But the ultrasonic transmission imaging and SAM methods were better than ultrasonic array imaging method in image detail and definition aspect of debonding lacuna.
