摘要
目的:观察不同浓度菝葜皂苷元对体外培养胃癌BGC-823细胞增殖、凋亡的影响。方法:BGC-823细胞经不同浓度菝葜皂苷元处理后,采用MTT法检测细胞的生长活性,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡。结果:随菝葜皂苷元浓度的增加,胃癌BGC-823细胞增殖抑制率、凋亡率亦升高。结论:菝葜皂苷元对胃癌BGC-823细胞的增殖有抑制作用,并可诱导细胞凋亡。
Objective ：To investigate the effec of proliferation and apoptosis of human gastric cancer cell line BGC -823 cultured in vitro under different concentration. Methods ：The BGC -823 cells were treated by sarsasapogenin in different concentration and variable durations cell growth activity were observed using MTr assay;Flow eytometry was used to assay the effec of sarsasapogenin on apoptosis. Results： The rate of proliferation restrain and apoptosis of BGC -823 cell were significantly augment. Condusion：Sarsasapogenin can efficiently inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis of BGC - 823 cell.
