摘要
目的:观察中药治疗功血的临床疗效。方法:总结分析307例青春期功血的中药治疗疗效,比较治疗前后的月经周期、经期、经量的变化以及基础体温的改变。结果:治疗后基础体温由单相转为双相者292例,临床总有效率达95.11%。结论:中药治疗青春期功血疗效较好,调经疗效更胜于止血疗效,而病证结合体现了中医对现代妇科病的治疗方向。
Objective：To observe the effect of TCM in the treatment of The puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods：To analyze the review on 307 cases of The puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, compared before and after treatment of menstrual cycle,menstrual period,after quantity change as well as foundation body temperature change. Results：After the treatment ,292 patient＇s foundation body temperature transfers from one-way to two-way, the clinical total effectiveness reaches 95.11%. Conclusion ： The effect of TCM in the treatment of The puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding is good. Integration of Disease and Syndrome Differentiation is a reflection of traditional Chinese therapy applied in the modern gynopathy.
