摘要
目的:观察益妇止血丸治疗功能性子宫出血的临床效果。方法:功能性子宫出血患者178例,随机分为对照组58例和治疗组120例。对照组采用性激素止血和人工周期法调整月经周期的常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用益妇止血丸治疗,连续用药3个月经周期。评价对照组和治疗组的临床疗效,以及对出血时间、止血时间的变化。结果:经过治疗后,临床疗效总有效率对照组为60.3%、治疗组为93.3%,治疗组临床综合疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组的出血时间及止血时间明显缩短(P<0.05),不良反应发生率减少(P<0.05)。结论:益妇止血丸能有效治疗功能性子宫出血,临床疗效好。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yi fu zhi xue pill on functional uterine bleeding. Methods 178 patients of functional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into control group （with 58 patients） and therapy group （with 120 patients）. The patients in control group were treated with estrogen regular therapy, and the patients in therapy group were treated with Yi fu zhi xue pill based on the regular therapy for 3 menstrual cycle. The clinical therapeutic effect, variation of bleeding time and stop bleeding time were evaluated after treatment. Results After treatment, the clinical total effective rate was 60.3% in control group and 93.3% in therapy group. The therapeutic effect of therapy group was better than that of control group. Compared with control group, bleeding time and stop bleeding time were obviously shortened, and the adverse reaction incidence rate was decreased in therapy group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yi fu zhi xue pill could effectively therapy functional uterine bleedinq, and increase the clinical total effective rate.
