摘要
水资源是建设社会主义新农村的重要影响因素之一。本文从农村水资源可持续利用的角度出发,对比了效率指导、区域禀赋指导的水资源配置模型,提出基于最优化理论的农村水资源配置模型。以上海地区为例,开展了农村水资源优化配置实证分析,从水资源配置的角度提出产业结构调整的政策建议。
Faced with the sustainable utilization of water crisis of water resources, the resources has become an important research project. This article is written on the basis of the sustainable utilization of water resources and made a comparison between the modeling of efficiency and regional intrinsic wealth. Based on the estblished system, the article made an empirical study on Shanghai and put forward some counter-measures to realize the optimized allocation of water resources.
